I work as a Customer Accounts Executive in Kovai.co for the past 3 and a half years.
How did you start your Career at Kovai.co?
Previously, I was working in an IT organization in Coimbatore. I was looking for a change and Career growth. One of my friends referred me to Kovai.co. I applied and got a job here.
Tell us about your nature of work?
Our Team takes care of Licensing and Renewal activities for existing Customers. We also get involved in Client relationship calls to maintain a positive relationship with our global customers.
How was your experience interacting and coordinating with customers worldwide?
Interacting with global customers helps us understand their needs from the product and also the organization. We also help our customers with information about the products and get customer feedback about the product.
We go to an extent of providing information about upcoming features in the product which helps them to realize the value in the product they are investing in. On some occasions, if the customer speaks about any technical issues, we immediately include our support team in the call and get it resolved.
Singapore trip was a memorable Corporate trip for us. It was my first experience traveling outside India for a Corporate trip. From the Star Hotel we stayed to the exotic locations we visited, I found the trip to be exciting. It was also an opportunity to mingle with other co-workers.
Our CEO, Saravana Kumar gave a talk during our Bus ride which was motivating. Overall, the Singapore trip with friends at Kovai.co was remarkable and I look forward for many such trips.
Tell us something we don’t know about you.
I love traveling to many different places and explore new food and culture.
What’s your hobby?
I love listening to music and also like to learn something new but I honestly don’t have time for the same.
