Saravana Kumar
Founder & CEO
Began his career as a Microsoft Integration Architect in London, UK in 2010. For the next 10 years, he specialized in a single technology—BizTalk. He worked as a BizTalk consultant for various top firms in the world like Accenture, Fidelity and Microsoft itself briefly, before he identified a gap in the BizTalk technology. His clients were facing the same issues and Microsoft had stopped focussing on the BizTalk server.
Passionate about coding and building new products, Saravana in 2010 began building a software product that addresses all the gaps in the BizTalk server. A year later he demonstrated a prototype of the product at annual Microsoft conference in Seattle. People were blown off by the product’s potential. He then took all their feedback, polished it further and three months later released the product calling it BizTalk360.
Saravana has grown the single-person product entity to a multiproduct, 290+ member organization with an ARR of $10 million, functioning out of London, UK, and Coimbatore, India. He is passionate about SaaS, developing the SaaS ecosystem in Tier II cities, and investing in startups and automobiles.
He is now working towards his vision of making Kovai.co the first SaaS unicorn to emerge out of Coimbatore.

Sunil Krishna Pillai, an experienced marketing leader with over two decades in marketing, branding, and digital transformation, spearheads the marketing and branding for Kovai.co's four SaaS products. Under his leadership, the team transitioned to a data-driven and digital-led approach, propelling Document360 to the #1 rated knowledge base.
With a focus on lead generation, brand elevation, and digital channel optimization, Sunil strategically promotes BizTalk360, Turbo360, Document360, and Churn360. With a background in global brands like Nestle-Nespresso and Mattel, Sunil combines innovation with proven methodologies to enhance Kovai.co's market presence. His dedication to driving growth and fostering brand resonance underscores his invaluable contribution to Kovai.co's success in the SaaS realm.
Gowri Ramkumar
Vice President, Sales and Customer Success
Gowri Ramkumar, the Vice President of Sales & Customer Success at Kovai.co, spearheads the company's global sales, customer nurturing, and partnership initiatives for its diverse range of software and B2B SaaS products.
Under her dynamic leadership, Kovai.co has expanded its sales and customer engagement team to over 80 roles across multiple products, a testament to Gowri's strategic vision and leadership. With more than two decades of experience in Information Technology, Gowri brings her expertise in leading globally matrixed sales and marketing teams.
Prior to her role as Vice President, Gowri served as a Quality Assurance Manager, where she played a pivotal role in planning and overseeing testing milestones for various product release cycles. Before joining Kovai.co, she made significant contributions to the IT testing landscape in London, U.K., leading testing projects for major banks such as Lloyds Banking Group and RBC. Gowri's diverse experience and proven track record position her as a key driver in Kovai.co's success, ensuring the company's continued growth and excellence in sales and customer success.
Andrew Cloke

As the Chief Operating Officer of Kovai.co, Andrew Cloke brings over 36 years of extensive experience in managing cross-functional teams and ensuring operational excellence. Based in our UK office, Andrew is a seasoned professional dedicated to optimizing Kovai.co's systems, processes, policies, and compliance for sustained profitability. His multifaceted role includes overseeing the company's budgets and leading the Finance, HR, and Administration departments.
Andrew's journey began with a degree in Urban Estate Management from Westminster University in 1989, followed by a successful career as a Chartered Surveyor. In 1996, he joined British Telecommunications (BT plc), where his responsibilities encompassed contract management and commercial support, involving travel across Central and Eastern Europe to engage with BT staff and customers. With a wealth of experience, Andrew further honed his skills at Fidelity International in 2008, collaborating with various departments such as finance (budgeting, forecasting, cost control), tax (R&D tax credit claims, transfer pricing, VAT, corporate tax compliance), and commercial (para-legal, commercial disputes, procurement, and supplier management). Andrew joined Kovai.co in July 2022.

An alumnus of the Government College of Engineering, Erode, Manikandan's passion for the latest technology and engineering trends is unwavering. His enthusiasm extends beyond the workplace, as he is an avid reader and follower of books, tech blogs, and magazines. His vision for the platform revolves around harnessing the potential of data and artificial intelligence to significantly reduce churn and boost expansion revenue.
Suprej's commitment to the transformative power of AI extends beyond technology; he aims to empower industries by providing actionable insights derived from data mining, allowing customer success executives and managers to concentrate on elevating customer experiences.
Since its inception in 2021 with a humble 3-member team, Suprej has led the exponential growth of Churn360 to a robust team of over 50 professionals. Currently overseeing sales, marketing, customer success, and engineering teams, Suprej is the driving force behind the platform's go-to-market strategy and technological advancements. With a bold objective of positioning Churn360 among the top five global players in customer success, Suprej is steering the product forward. Beyond his professional endeavors, Suprej is also an avid adventure motorcycle rider who dreams of circumnavigating the world on two wheels.

With over a decade at Kovai.co, Arunkumar has proven to be an organizational growth catalyst, seamlessly transitioning between roles to propel the company forward.
From founding India operations, assembling teams from the ground up, to fostering fresh talent and aligning experienced professionals with the organizational culture, he has played a pivotal role. His contributions extend to spearheading initiatives for organizational expansion and scaling products such as BizTalk360, Turbo360 and Document360. Currently, Arunkumar aims to drive Kovai.co's Middle-Eastern business growth by identifying and establishing partner programs for our products.
