Founder & CEO
Began his career as a Microsoft Integration Architect in London, UK in 2010. For the next 10 years, he specialized in a single technology—BizTalk. He worked as a BizTalk consultant for various top firms in the world like Accenture, Fidelity and Microsoft itself briefly, before he identified a gap in the BizTalk technology. His clients were facing the same issues and Microsoft had stopped focussing on the BizTalk server.
Passionate about coding and building new products, Saravana in 2010 began building a software product that addresses all the gaps in the BizTalk server. A year later he demonstrated a prototype of the product at annual Microsoft conference in Seattle. People were blown off by the product’s potential. He then took all their feedback, polished it further and three months later released the product calling it BizTalk360.
Saravana has grown the single-person product entity to a multiproduct, 290+ member organization with an ARR of $10 million, functioning out of London, UK, and Coimbatore, India. He is passionate about SaaS, developing the SaaS ecosystem in Tier II cities, and investing in startups and automobiles.
He is now working towards his vision of making Kovai.co the first SaaS unicorn to emerge out of Coimbatore.
Vice President, Marketing
Sunil Krishna Pillai, an experienced marketing leader with over two decades in marketing, branding, and digital transformation, spearheads the marketing and branding for Kovai.co's three SaaS products. Under his leadership, the team transitioned to a data-driven and digital-led approach, propelling Document360 to the #1 rated knowledge base.
With a focus on lead generation, brand elevation, and digital channel optimization, Sunil strategically promotes BizTalk360, Turbo360 and Document360. With a background in global brands like Nestle-Nespresso and Mattel, Sunil combines innovation with proven methodologies to enhance Kovai.co's market presence. His dedication to driving growth and fostering brand resonance underscores his invaluable contribution to Kovai.co's success in the SaaS realm.
Vice President, Sales and Customer Success
Gowri Ramkumar, the Vice President of Sales & Customer Success at Kovai.co, spearheads the company's global sales, customer nurturing, and partnership initiatives for its diverse range of software and B2B SaaS products.
Under her dynamic leadership, Kovai.co has expanded its sales and customer engagement team to over 80 roles across multiple products, a testament to Gowri's strategic vision and leadership. With more than two decades of experience in Information Technology, Gowri brings her expertise in leading globally matrixed sales and marketing teams.
Prior to her role as Vice President, Gowri served as a Quality Assurance Manager, where she played a pivotal role in planning and overseeing testing milestones for various product release cycles. Before joining Kovai.co, she made significant contributions to the IT testing landscape in London, U.K., leading testing projects for major banks such as Lloyds Banking Group and RBC. Gowri's diverse experience and proven track record position her as a key driver in Kovai.co's success, ensuring the company's continued growth and excellence in sales and customer success.
Chief Operating Officer, Kovai.co
As the Chief Operating Officer of Kovai.co, Andrew Cloke brings over 36 years of extensive experience in managing cross-functional teams and ensuring operational excellence. Based in our UK office, Andrew is a seasoned professional dedicated to optimizing Kovai.co's systems, processes, policies, and compliance for sustained profitability. His multifaceted role includes overseeing the company's budgets and leading the Finance, HR, and Administration departments.
Andrew's journey began with a degree in Urban Estate Management from Westminster University in 1989, followed by a successful career as a Chartered Surveyor. In 1996, he joined British Telecommunications (BT plc), where his responsibilities encompassed contract management and commercial support, involving travel across Central and Eastern Europe to engage with BT staff and customers. With a wealth of experience, Andrew further honed his skills at Fidelity International in 2008, collaborating with various departments such as finance (budgeting, forecasting, cost control), tax (R&D tax credit claims, transfer pricing, VAT, corporate tax compliance), and commercial (para-legal, commercial disputes, procurement, and supplier management). Andrew joined Kovai.co in July 2022.
Senior Director of Engineering, Document360
Meet Manikandan Subramaniam, the Senior Director of Engineering at Kovai.co, leading the charge in the engineering and development realm of Document360. With a robust background in crafting software products like Zoho Campaigns, Freshsales, and Document360, Manikandan is dedicated to ensuring that the product remains at the forefront of technology, constantly evolving and gaining more power.
An alumnus of the Government College of Engineering, Erode, Manikandan's passion for the latest technology and engineering trends is unwavering. His enthusiasm extends beyond the workplace, as he is an avid reader and follower of books, tech blogs, and magazines. Committed to knowledge-sharing, Manikandan dedicates time to mentor a group of engineers and IT professionals in the SaaS realm, contributing to the growth and development of the broader tech community.
Vice President, Growth, Kovai.co
As Vice President of Growth, Suprej leverages his expertise in product building and marketing to drive growth and innovation at Document360. He orchestrates and oversees strategic initiatives aimed at boosting customer retention, acquisition, and enhancing the overall presence of Document360 in the market. His key responsibilities include crafting and executing growth strategies that align with the company’s goals, focusing on expanding user acquisition and deepening market penetration.
Suprej conducts in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and ensure Document360 remains at the forefront of the knowledge management domain. He also spearheads efforts to enhance customer engagement through personalized marketing campaigns. Additionally, he collaborates with product development teams to ensure the platform evolves to meet customer needs and uses analytics and performance metrics to make informed strategic decisions for maximum impact.
Beyond his professional endeavours, Suprej is also an avid adventure motorcycle rider who dreams of circumnavigating the world on two wheels.
Senior Director of Customer Support
Arunkumar, our Senior Director of Customer Support, possesses an 18-year track record in the IT industry, driven by a fervor for nurturing early-stage startups. A mechanical engineering graduate, he adeptly acquired skills crucial for industry adaptation, delving into both technical and business aspects. With over a decade at Kovai.co, Arunkumar has proven to be an organizational growth catalyst, seamlessly transitioning between roles to propel the company forward.
From founding India operations, assembling teams from the ground up, to fostering fresh talent and aligning experienced professionals with the organizational culture, he has played a pivotal role. His contributions extend to spearheading initiatives for organizational expansion and scaling products such as BizTalk360, Turbo360 and Document360. Currently, Arunkumar aims to drive Kovai.co's Middle-Eastern business growth by identifying and establishing partner programs for our products.
Chief People Officer, Kovai.co
As the Chief People Officer at Kovai.co, Pradeep Jumani leads the company’s people strategy, culture-building initiatives, and talent management practices to support its ambitious growth. With over two decades of experience in human resources and business leadership, Pradeep has successfully driven HR transformation across global markets, managing diverse teams across India, the Americas, Europe, and Africa.
Before joining Kovai.co, he held key leadership roles at Prodapt and Telcordia Technologies (now Ericsson), where he was instrumental in shaping HR strategies, driving organizational development, and aligning people initiatives with business goals. His expertise lies in building high-performance teams, strengthening leadership pipelines, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
An MBA graduate in Human Resources & Marketing from Vellore Institute of Technology, Pradeep has been recognized among the Top 30 HR Leaders in India by the World HRD Congress — a testament to his strategic vision and people-first approach. At Kovai.co, he is focused on nurturing a strong workplace culture that empowers employees, drives engagement, and supports long-term business success.
Senior Director of Product Management, Document360
Premkumar Nandagopal is the Senior Director of Product Management at Kovai.co, where he leads the product strategy and vision for Document360. With a passion for building innovative, customer-centric products, Premkumar is driving the development of an industry-leading, AI-enabled knowledge base platform that aligns with evolving customer needs and delivers exceptional user experiences.
Bringing over two decades of diverse experience across Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Content Management, Analytics, Storage Area Networks (SAN), and Marketplaces, Premkumar has contributed to the product success stories of globally recognized organizations such as Freshworks, Tekion, and HCL Technologies. His expertise lies in blending cutting-edge technology with a deep understanding of customer engagement to create impactful solutions.
Premkumar holds an MS in Computing and Performance Engineering from the University of Bradford, UK, and a B.Tech in Information Technology from Pondicherry University. As a passionate product leader at Kovai.co, he is focused on scaling Document360’s growth journey, fostering strong customer collaboration, and continuously innovating to stay ahead in the knowledge management space.
Senior Director of Data Science, Document360
Dr. Selvaraaju Murugesan leads data science and artificial intelligence initiatives at Kovai.co, driving innovation across the company’s SaaS platforms through advanced analytics, machine learning, and generative AI capabilities. He specialises in translating complex customer challenges into scalable AI-driven solutions that enhance product intelligence, search, and overall user experience.
At Kovai.co, Selva plays a key role in embedding data science into product development, strategy, and decision-making. He leads cross-functional teams to build AI-powered features, analytics frameworks, and intelligent automation that improve content discovery, customer insights, and product capabilities.
Selva holds a PhD in Computational and Applied Mathematics and is passionate about building AI-ready products and teams that deliver meaningful, measurable impact for customers.
Founder & Chief Product & Technology Officer, Floik
Vidyasankar leads the integration of Floik’s AI-powered interactive demos and guides into the Document360 ecosystem, upgrading how teams create and deliver product knowledge. His focus is on turning documentation into interactive, self-serve learning experiences that help users understand and adopt software faster.
As the Founder and CPTO behind Floik, Vidya sets the product vision and technology roadmap. Floik is an AI-first SaaS platform that lets teams create interactive demos, guides, and videos in one environment, turning complex product workflows into engaging experiences with measurable outcomes. He drives execution end to end, from product strategy and architecture to engineering delivery, in a space where AI is rapidly reshaping how products educate and guide users.
Vidya brings over two decades of experience building and scaling platforms across SaaS, e-commerce, AI, supply chain, and telecom. He has held leadership roles at Flipkart, Ola, Razorthink, and July Systems, delivering business-critical products from concept to production at scale.
Outside of work, he enjoys astronomy, science, Vedic literature, science fiction, and travel.
