Tell us about yourself

My name is Rekha Anand working as a Senior License & Accounts Executive at since 2016. I have overall 10+ years of experience in the Accounts field. I am passionate about learning new skills. An energetic person. I consider myself smart working, reliable, helpful, organised and honesty.

Before joining, I was employed in another company. The nature of my work is to prepare and review US Individual Tax Return and UK Individual Tax Return. Later, I moved to and enjoying my work here. 


What’s the best thing about working at provides a lot of benefits to the employees and recognizes the staff’s works by providing rewards and promotions. The culture here is an awesome and fun place to work. Here we have more scope to learn new technologies. The company also takes us to the beautiful places in and outside India for Corporate retreats

This job has made my work-life balance better than I ever thought it could be. This company truly values its employees. They believe in their mission statement, “Together we grow” as I can see the opportunity to grow with the organization.

What’s your role and what has been your favorite part of work?

As a Senior Accounts & License Executive, I make sure all the renewals happen on-time, will follow up on the Invoice payment, if any pending, and provide the licenses certificate based on the customer requirements.

As a part onboarding process, we will also get in touch with every customer to make sure they are happy with the product and its usage. The best part of my work is attending and clarifying customer queries.

Tell us something we don’t know about you.

I don’t know cooking and just started making different evening time snacks in this COVID period.

Your hobby?

My childhood hobbies are drawing great leaders and cartoon pictures, painting, playing racket. Later, my interest turned to gardening, listening to music, and watching horror movies.

Is there a place you desire to travel and why?

I desire to travel all around the world to enjoy the beauty of nature with my family.

How important do you think is Customer relationship?

It is an essential to have Customer relationship team in every product-based company. Just selling the product is not an end. After selling, we need to get in touch with the customer after a month or sometime to gather their thoughts and feedback about the usage of the product.

By having customer relationship call, we can suggest the customer about the best practices and methods for maximizing the usage of the tool. This meeting will also help the customer to discuss and clarify their open points.

When organizations develop strong relationships with their customers, it can lead to loyal clients, positive word of mouth, increased sales and it also helps us to retain our valuable customers.
