On the evening of November 1, 2023, the stars aligned for Kovai.co as we embarked on an extraordinary journey, relaunching our fastest-growing product, Document360, as Document360 2.0. This monumental event culminated a year of hard work, dedication, and innovation from our remarkable teams, and the anticipation was electric. The audience couldn’t wait to witness the all-new Document360 in action, and we certainly didn’t disappoint!
Our Vice President of Marketing, Sunil Krishna, kicked off the event with an electrifying start, setting the stage for an unforgettable experience ahead. He was followed by our Founder and CEO, Saravana Kumar, who began by taking us on a brief stroll down Document360’s memory lane. He shared the humble beginnings of Document360, stemming from the necessity to overcome documentation challenges for our own product, BizTalk360, back in 2018. Fast forward to 2023, and Document360 has evolved into a world-class documentation tool, serving customers worldwide.
Speaking passionately about the impact of Document360, Saravana highlighted how it has transformed the documentation landscape for thousands of companies, ranging from startups to Fortune 100 enterprises, across various industries.
Document360 has made a mark in IT, healthcare, FMCG, finance, and every other business sector, Saravana declared proudly.Notably, he announced that we now have an all-time high of 100,000+ active users every month, a testament to the tool’s widespread adoption and effectiveness.
Saravana showcased exciting use cases of Document360, bolstered by testimonials from our customers. Their stories painted a vivid picture of the profound influence Document360 has had on their documentation processes.
Our Director of Engineering, Manikandan Subramaniam, unveiled the most exciting revelation of the evening – an “entirely new user interface” for Document360. Manikandan emphasized that
the revamped tool would offer more functionalities, enhanced stability, and cutting-edge technological advancements. The ultimate aim? “To provide the best user experience to customers and users”, he declared with conviction.
The heads of various teams then took the stage to unveil the impressive capabilities of Document360 2.0. Selvaraju Murugesan introduced our in-built AI assistant, “Eddy,” poised to transform how customers and users interact with their knowledge base. Eddy’s AI capabilities promised tailored responses, high data security, simplified content creation, and organization, thanks to features like tag recommenders, related article recommenders, and meta description generators.
Shakeer Hussain, Manager of Product Management, delighted the audience by revealing the much-awaited “Block Editor” and in-line comments. The editor, known as the heart of our platform, promised to revolutionize content creation and collaboration, fostering innovation and ease of use.
Jones Prabu Justin Raj, Technical Architect-Front End, discussed how they had enhanced the user experience by introducing additional features, including the customization hub. “Your brand’s identity will shine through every page you click,” he emphasized. Later, Shakeer spoke about integrations, and Poornima Sulur Tamilmani, Staff—Technical Program Manager, enlightened the audience about improved analytics, promising to “unlock hidden insights.”
While Thiruthani Ravichandran, Senior Product Manager, gave us some exciting glimpses into the new dashboard and navigations and Head of Operations—India, Arunkumar Kumaresan, highlighted the seamless integrations with other leading platforms.
After the exhilarating previews, we were invited to be a part of the grand launch of Document360 2.0. With our smartphones in hand, we scanned the QR code on the screen and, when ready, clicked “launch.” Instantly, we were transported to the brand-new website, an experience that left us in awe.
Following the launch, we celebrated in true Kovai.co style with electrifying performances. The Kochi-based Volcano Dance Company dazzled us with three different dances, with the bubble dance being an absolute showstopper.
In between, we were treated to an amazing performance by Madurai-based juggling twins—Anand and Ashok. However, the highlight of the evening was the mesmerizing act by mentalist Vignesh Prabhu, known as India’s flying man. Prabhu performed jaw-dropping hypnosis on our leadership team, including Founder Saravana Kumar Arunkumar Kumaresan, Head of Operations—India, and Senior Manager, leaving the audience amazed.
The festivities continued with a sumptuous dinner featuring delicacies from multiple cuisines, providing the perfect conclusion to an evening filled with excitement and celebration.
Document360 2.0 marks a new era in documentation, promising a revolution in the way knowledge is shared and accessed. We are thrilled to offer our customers and users an enhanced, user-friendly, and feature-rich experience, and we can’t wait to see the incredible documentation journeys that lie ahead.
