Following an internal strategic review of the business, Kovai.co has decided to stop all further investment in its nascent Customer Success platform, Churn360.

The platform was developed over a period of some eighteen months, starting in late 2021 and was launched in 2023. It was built, supported and enhanced by a highly skilled and dedicated team, who worked from the company’s office in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

Despite its first-class engineering and a feature-rich offering, the rate of sales growth was insufficient to sustain the cost of relentless product development, combined with a relatively slow and complex user adoption journey. We sincerely thank our incredible team for their efforts and dedication in building Churn360 and our many customers who put their faith in us.

The decision taken will allow us to focus our attention on our already mature products, accelerating our rate of growth and developing our footprint in new markets. We remain committed to innovating and delivering for our global customers.
