The acquisition, effective as of October 31, 2024, relates to an interactive demo and user guide platform (Floik.com) designed to improve end-user understanding and engagement with software products.
Floik, an Elevation Capital-backed platform, developed over a two-year period, enables companies to create interactive product demos and guides. These tools help users seamlessly navigate software features, thereby enhancing user adoption and experience. Floik has gained significant traction in the SaaS industry, serving over 8,000 users across the globe.
With this acquisition, Document360 aims to further elevate its knowledge management offerings by integrating Floik’s interactive demo and guide capabilities directly into its platform, underscoring Document360’s commitment to innovation and customer success.
