2025 was a super special year for us at Kovai.co for multiple reasons. The year began with us at Kovai.co keeping up our word and distributing the promised “Together We Grow” bonuses. We distributed over $1.6 million to more than 140 employees. Announced in 2022 by our founder, Saravana Kumar, for people who would stay with the company for three years, the bonus became a symbol of what Kovai.co and our founder’s vision is—To create and distribute wealth.
We saw extremely special moments of our people using their bonuses to fulfil long-cherished dreams of buying their first car, paying off their housing loans or investing in their children’s education funds.
While celebrating these personal milestones with our team, we also navigated the AI wave strategically. A major highlight was Document360 crossing $10 million in ARR, a milestone we have looked forward to since the beginning of the year. This is a sign that the product has completely matured and is now poised for multiple-fold growth.
Microsoft also finally announced the end-of-life for BizTalk Server, on which our flagship product, BizTalk360, was built. However, as our CEO, Saravana Kumar, says, we celebrate the fact that we have a good five years left and we look to now grow our third product, Turbo360, also to $10 million ARR soon. Both products are expected to turn profitable in 2026 and function independently of BizTalk360’s revenue.
We also had another successful outing at TC World in Stuttgart last year, giving us a whole new set of extremely promising leads, useful feedback and a tonne of goodwill.
As we celebrate our continuing business successes, we have always remembered to pay it forward and give back to society.
Keeping up with our year-end tradition, we contributed $20,000 to Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children (GOSH) on December 31. This takes our total contribution to the hospital to $1,72,000.
We have been supporting GOSH since we launched BizTalk360 in June 2011, sending our contributions on the last day of each year (2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 & 2024).
GOSH continues to do incredible work on treating children suffering from life-threatening diseases, especially cancer. They have been building their new Children Cancer Centre and developing the GOSH Learning Academy (a place where in-patient children undergoing cancer treatment can continue their education).
2025 was also special because we began an initiative to start paying it forward to the community in India too. In Coimbatore, where our India operations are based, we built an extension to a primary health centre in Vellalore, on the outskirts of the city limits. At a cost of Rs 30 lakh, we created a new laboratory, pharmacy, toilet block, waiting area and supplied essential medical equipment as well.
As we continue scaling our products, we remain committed to scaling our impact on the communities we serve.
