To prepare for this future, we launched CODE RED, a series of sessions designed to help every team member learn, experiment, and adopt AI in their daily work. Our goal is to become 2–3x more productive, rethink how we operate, and grow into a true AI-first company.
CODE RED is about more than learning tools. It’s about building confidence, reimagining processes, and shaping a culture where AI is part of everything we do. With seven sessions planned and an organization-wide hackathon on the way, we are taking bold steps together.

Prompt Engineering with Selvaraaju Murugesan
The series began with Selvaraaju Murugesan, Head of Data Science, taking us to the world of prompt engineering.
We explored how AI assistants work, why the right question makes all the difference, and how to use prompts effectively in our workflow. This session helped us see AI not just as a tool, but as a skill we can all develop with practice.
Turning Data into Dashboards with Sailesh Sivan
In the second session, Sailesh Sivan, Data Analyst, showed us how Power BI can turn raw data into insights in just minutes.
Through a live demo, we learned how to build dashboards, present reports in a smarter way, and make information more useful for decision-making. Data no longer felt complex, it felt practical and actionable.

Amongst all the sessions, the ones on Power BI and productivity tips were helpful for me. Power BI saves my time in preparing charts, while Copilot summarizes meetings, manages follow-ups, and helps draft personalised emails for customers, and not worrying much about security.
Building Apps in Minutes with Saravanan Balakrishnan
The third session was led by Saravanan Balakrishnan, Chief of Staff, on Lovable AI, a platform that turns prompts into working apps.
We watched as an app was built live in only five minutes – no coding, no setup, just simple steps powered by AI. It was a clear reminder of how fast ideas can become real solutions when the right tools are in hand.

Vibe Coding with Suprej Venkat
Next, Suprej Venkat, VP of Growth, introduced us to Vibe Coding.
Through a live demo on an internal platform, he showed how AI can maintain and scale a large codebase without writing a single line of code. The session highlighted how both developers and non-developers can use AI to build, enhance, and evolve systems faster.
CustomGPT in Marketing with Sai Dheepika
In the fifth session, Sai Dheepika Aghilan, Senior Growth Marketer – SEO, walked us through the use of CustomGPT in marketing.
From competitor analysis to content creation, we saw how AI can handle time-consuming tasks with ease. We built a live CustomGPT, showing how workflows can be simplified and scaled, while leaving more space for strategy and creativity.
Creative Design with Edison Johnson
The sixth session brought us into the design world with Edison Johnson, Lead Creative Designer.
Using tools like Nano Banana and Pikzels AI, we explored how AI can create thumbnails, swap faces, blend images, and even turn visuals into videos quickly. A live demo showed how existing assets can be transformed into fresh designs.
The session made one thing clear: AI is not here to replace creativity, but to amplify it. It helps us experiment boldly, refine faster, and discover new ways to express ideas.
Productivity Tips Using AI by Selvaraaju Murugesan
The final session in the series brought us back to Selvaraaju Murugesan, Head of Data Science, for a deep dive into practical ways to use AI for productivity and business outcomes. This session explored a variety of topics, including prospect and event research, user research, competitor tracking, workflow automation, selling value, and data analysis.
We also got a closer look at AI tools like Perplexity, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, and Claude.ai, their features, capabilities, and how they can be used effectively in our daily workflows. The focus was on making AI work for us, helping teams streamline processes, work smarter, and turn insights into action without overcomplicating tasks.
