Over the course of a week, the office transformed into a place where every laugh and object on the Christmas tree, added to the magic. At Kovai.co, the Christmas vibes began long before the day. The excitement grew as we worked together to transform our workspace into a festive spot with glowing trees, colorful balloons, and stars.
This year, we had two Christmas trees on both floors, yet the one on the 8th floor became the center of attention. Decorating the Christmas trees is usually one of the most awaited tasks at the office during this season. Teams collaborated on both floors to adorn the trees with charms, baubles, shimmering lights, and gifts.
By the time the final touch a blinking star was added to the top, both our trees were sparkling. Red balloons and colorful stars completed the festive look, adding an extra splash of Christmas magic.

Tunes of Christmas
On the evening of our annual Christmas celebrations at the office, people came dressed in Christmas colours of red, white and green. The evening kicked off with melodies and upbeat tracks performed by Strums_n_Hums, an upcoming city-based music band. Their song choices brought everyone together to sing along with them.
Santa’s Hilarious Arrival
As the music faded, the arrival of our Santa lit up the room. Santa had us all laughing until our sides hurt. The hilarious activities of Santa were the highlight as we all tried to guess who was behind the beard. Santa handed out chocolates and shared a moment with every team member, spreading joy in the simplest yet most impactful way.
The Frosty Festive Auction
No celebration at Kovai.co is complete without a unique game, and this year’s “Frosty’s Festive Auction” didn’t disappoint. Ten participants, using our self-created fake currency, bid for surprise gifts ranging from books and sand clocks to cute table decorations. Each bidder had a signature sound like “meow”, “bow bow” and “hiss!” that added a special twist to the auction.
Santa, doubling as the auctioneer, kept the atmosphere entertaining and engaging. For those who ran out of the currency, dares awaited. From a lively dance to “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree” to delivering imaginary gifts in slow motion, the dares brought a lot of cheer to the room.

Wrapping Up the Celebration
As the evening wound down, we had a fun-filled photo session with the Christmas tree. Our Santa stole the show once again, posing for funny pictures with teams and individuals. To add an extra touch to the festivities, we enjoyed a special Friday snack: fusion-style croissants.
