Tell us about yourself
I am Balasubramaniam, working as Software Engineer at Kovai.co. I have been part of Kovai.co since May 2018. I am passionate about the latest technologies as it never fails to amaze me and a nature admirer too.
How did you start your career at Kovai.co?
I joined Kovai.co as an intern during my final year of graduation and got converted into a regular employee. During the initial weeks of my internship, I got an opportunity to participate in an organization-wide hackathon to build a whole new product from scratch. As a fresher, this gave me a lot of exposure. After which I started to work for the team Serverless360.
Tell us about your experience working for Serverless360 Team. What are your current responsibilities?
Right from day one, I enjoy every moment of working here. Our team has highly talented and youngest minds in the organization. I love collaborating with my teammates as it makes me feel comfortable and helps me focus on my work.
As Serverless360 is a monitoring and management solution for Azure Serverless services, it helps me to explore and try out new technologies as part of the work. My current responsibilities include writing efficient code, delivering rich UI/UX, involving in code and design reviews, deployment of the application, and providing support to the customers.
If Hollywood made a movie in your name, whom do you want to cast as you?
If Hollywood made a movie in my name, I would like Keanu Reeves to portray myself.
What’s your native place and how do you like Coimbatore?
Coimbatore is my native. I like Coimbatore more than any other city because it being a metropolitan city having less pollution. Especially the climate is always wow and welcoming and as always Home Sweet Home…
Is there a place you desire to travel to and why?
I love traveling to hill stations and I wish to visit Moscow, Russia.
